Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health (BBPH) plans and promotes health and safety for all residents of Bismarck and Burleigh County through disease and injury prevention.
BBPH promotes health and wellness through programs such as nursing services, home visits, immunizations, school nursing, maternal and child health clinics and nutrition services.
The Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program offers cessation classes including individual counseling and nicotine replacement products and classroom education.
Women's Way offers assistance for breast and cervical screenings to qualified women.
Health Tracks provides preventive health screenings for medicaid eligible individuals from newborn to age 21.

We are out of Seasonal Flu vaccine and will not be receiving more.
Bismarck Burleigh Public Health H1N1 Vaccination Clinic Feb. 11, 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Bismarck Burleigh Public Health will hold an H1N1 Vaccination Clinic, Feb. 11, 2:00 – 6:00 p.m., 500 East Front Avenue, Bismarck. People 65 years and older are now encouraged to seek vaccination against H1N1 There will be NO CHARGE for this service Vaccination Priority Groups encouraged to get vaccinated: • Pregnant Women and New Moms • College students • 2nd dose for children 9 years and under if it has been 28 days since 1st shot • People ages 25-64 with chronic medical conditions
DO NOT PRESENT AT THE CLINIC IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF INFLUENZA
